I'm the one in the swim cap.
Follow me (Brian McDowell) as I train for Ironman Lake Placid 2010 and raise money to cure ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). I live and train in Hilton, New York. IMLP happens on July 25th, 2010 and is comprised of a 2.4-mile open-water swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and finishes with a marathon run (26.2 miles). I am competing in honor of Uncle Dave.

WHOOO HOOO!!! Success and victory are soon to be found! Plus I get to drink chocolate shakes while watching you're laps! 22hrs from now we should be on the road heading east... can't wait.
